Wine Wednesday: Thanksgiving Pairing
In this Wine Wednesday, we welcome Best Friends Wine Bar & Genuine Goodness! We’ll taste wine that is complementary to any Thanksgiving meal, but specifically pairs well with Genuine Goodness’ selection of sides and fixings.
We'll keep things lighter in weight -- think crisp, bright, and moderate-in-alcohol, that will stand up to the heavy dishes, but won't overpower any of the food.
Dan Polsby of Best Friends Wine Bar will be at The Long (Thanksgiving) Table to discuss flavor profiles and pairing notes. Place your wine order night-of and receive delivery to Orinda by Thanksgiving! And, be the first to try and pre-order Genuine Goodness’ Thanksgiving TABS (take and bakes), along with homemade dips and nut mixes.
Space is limited! Ticket price of $60 includes wine & instruction, plus food pairing.
